Someone will need to administer Skilling. For example, when enrolling people in a class, someone has to tell Skilling whether users are instructors, graders, or students. If a grader is removed from a course, someone has to change that user's account in the course website.
Further, there will be security patches. It's not a question of "if," but "when." The procedures aren't difficult, but they do need to be followed.
Students, instructors, and institutions have much to gain from Skilling. Like any project, however, you must plan carefully. You need resources in place before you roll out your first course.
